Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technology, preferably in a senior or technical capacity.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing and training team members on relevant technologies.
• Strong grasp of cybersecurity principles and incident response processes.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, MITRE ATT&CK, and CIS Controls.
• Skilled in security documentation and response reporting.
• Ability to analyze security alerts and communicate across IT and business functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enforcement of IT security policies in collaboration with Global Security.
• Maintain and execute the ADUSA Incident Response Plan for various threat scenarios.
• Continuously monitor threat intelligence and coordinate investigations with security teams.
• Act as first contact for security incidents, initiating response protocols timely.
• Engage with Security Operations Center (SOC) for effective threat detection and response workflows.
• Provide reporting on security incidents and metrics to IT leadership for continuous improvement.
• Ensure operational stability by supporting technical systems 24/7 when necessary.
