SUMMARYOF POSITION

As an integral member of a small, impactfulHR team, the HR Manager will partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver exceptional HR support, balancing strategic partnership with operational execution, leading full-cycle recruiting, advising managers on employee relations and talent matters, supporting performance management and talent planning, and benefits, wellness, and engagement initiatives. Success in this role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a passion for continuous improvement through data, technology, and process optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Acquisition

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across a variety of corporate functions, from sourcing through onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliveroutstandingcandidate experience.

  • Build diverse talent pipelines andutilizedata and recruiting metrics to evaluate hiring effectiveness and continuously improve recruiting outcomes.

HR Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on HR policies, employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Coach managers on employee development, performance conversations, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.

  • Support organizational changes, team effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Help foster an inclusive, high-performance culture aligned withHostEPICvalues.

Performance Management & Talent Development

  • Support the performance management process, including process administration, managerand employeeeducation, and employee communication.

  • Support talent planning and succession planning discussions by providing insights and data.

  • Identify development opportunities and collaborate on learning and career growth initiatives.

Employee Relations

  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters with professionalism, objectivity, and confidentiality.

  • Conduct workplace investigations and recommendappropriate resolutions.

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies and employment practices.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, ora relatedfield.

  • At least five (5) years of progressive HRGeneralistexperience, includingserving as abusiness partnerand full-cycle recruiting.

  • Demonstrated experience advising managers on employee relations and performance management.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR metrics and translate data into actionable recommendations.
