Job Description
Manages the HR Technology and operating model across HR systems, process automation, HR data management, reporting and analytics, and technology-enabled change. Owns a single intake and prioritization process, assigns one accountable owner for each system, interface, report, and project, and ensures work is delivered end to end. Translates HR needs into technology requirements; partners with Information Technology, Information Security, vendors, and HR leaders; and ensures solutions are designed, tested, implemented, adopted, and supported.
Education And Credentials
High School or GED required. Bachelor's degree required. In lieu of bachelor's degree 5 years of related experience required.
Experience
3 years of experience in HR technology with a strong preference for Infor, payroll operations, workforce management, data management, reporting, or related HR operations function required. 3 years of experience in HR system administration, employee data integrity, reporting, issue resolution, and process documentation required. 3 years of experience Infor HCM, Infor WFM, payroll systems, timekeeping systems, or comparable HR technology platforms required. Strong data analysis skillset (e.g., MS Excel, Pivot Tables) required. Healthcare, unionized environments, or complex payroll operations preferred. Providing functional direction, leading workstreams, or managing cross-functional issue resolution preferred.
