Summary
The HRIS & People Analytics Manager is responsible for the foundational people systems that enable the efficient and effective support of the CRH workforce. The incumbent will ensure optimal configuration and adoption of people tools, data integrity, helpful and timely people insights, and compliance with regulatory requirements for data maintenance and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the overall direction and strategy of the people systems and information management.
Oversee planning and implementation of people system changes; gather and document requirements, design system specifications, and work with vendors, IT, and stakeholders to meet deliverables.
Ensure optimal configuration and data integrity of all people systems (i.e. applicant tracking, HCM, employee health, time & attendance), monitor performance, and troubleshoot as needed.
Oversee testing, documentation, and implementation for system upgrades, conversions, and/or interfaces.
Partner with department team members to develop job aids and training materials to support new systems, upgrades, and/or ongoing training initiatives.
Collaborate with system stakeholders on areas for continuous process improvement in the efficient/effective use of technology tools, gathering of workforce data, as well as reporting and analytics.
Develop standardized processes and procedures for collection, maintenance, and purging of workforce data.
Create and maintain reporting and analytics structure, establishing standard reports as self-service options, ensuring integrity and accuracy of data for decision support and compliance reporting.
Design and develop data insight reports, presentations, dashboards, and scorecards through understanding of stakeholder requirements, organizational goals, and regulatory requirements.
Act as People Division liaison on system and information related matters with vendors and external departments such as IT, Payroll, Finance, and Performance Analytics.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Schedule staff and/or work, evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, train employees, set team goals or deadlines, organize workflow, monitor productivity, make hiring and termination recommendations, provide feedback, and receive and resolve complaints.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related area.
Experience
At least 5 years of experience directly supporting HRIS systems such as HCM, applicant tracking, benefits administration, time & attendance, and other related people tools. Must have experience configuring PeopleSoft or Oracle HCM. Also requires leadership experience either as a direct supervisor or experience leading teams through system-related projects. Experience with Position Manager, Kronos, UKG, and employee health tools preferred.
