The opportunity
In this strategic role, the Global OD Talent Partner SMD/Yarns serves as a strategic advisor and facilitator to align the organization's global talent strategies with key business objectives. Embedded within a specific business sector, you will collaborate closely with business and HR leaders to implement and drive initiatives that support the performance, development, engagement, and retention of top talent-fostering a culture of performance, continuous development, and inclusion. You will also play a key role in ensuring the standardization and consistency of talent management processes across regions, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and best practices.
The role
Strategic Alignment
Partner with business leaders and HR to understand sector-specific goals and translate them into targeted talent strategies.
Implement core talent management processes within the sector while ensuring consistency with global standards and frameworks.
Partner with leaders and HR to support talent-related change initiatives (e.g., restructuring, culture shifts, or transformation projects).

Talent & Leadership Development
