Job Duties
Lead, plan, and manage all manufacturing activities and related functions at the plant including manufacturing, logistics, manufacturing engineering, tooling, maintenance, material control, purchasing, quality assurance and control, and tooling to ensure safety and quality and to meet and exceed customer and Company requirements.
Understand and execute all plant policies and procedures.
Lead development and management of annual plan, budget, key measures, operating efficiency, and cost control.
Act as key contact for customers and local industry groups.
Manage and direct staff in assigned manufacturing group with a focus on equipment, processes, human resource allocation, cost management, setting priorities, removing roadblocks, and leading through problem identification and resolution, and implementation of short- and long-term corrective actions to manufacturing problems.
What we are looking for:
