Location: Canada Toronto Distribution Center

Role Type:

Travel Requirements: In this position, you must be able to travel throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico as may be required from time to time.

Job Summary

Leads and oversees the Canadian distribution center to ensure high-quality delivery of products to customers. Develops and implements continuous improvement strategies to achieve site performance objectives. Drives team performance and resolves escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Conducts operations in a manner that promotes a safe work environment in compliance with applicable provincial Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) legislation and company standards.
Adjusts departmental plans, priorities, and processes to optimize resource utilization while achieving quality, service, and customer satisfaction objectives.
Partners with managers to establish, monitor, and maintain performance standards, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Allocates staffing, equipment, and operational resources effectively to meet changing business conditions and short- and long-term demand forecasts.
Develops and implements tactical and operational plans for the Distribution Centre to enhance service levels, efficiency, and overall operational performance.
Ensures compliance with company policies, industry requirements, and applicable federal, provincial, and local employment and regulatory obligations.
Collaborates cross-functionally to identify operational improvement opportunities and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Coordinates training and development programs to build employee capability, support safety and operational standards, and ensure consistency in service delivery.
Recruits, develops, and mentors customer-focused leaders, fostering an inclusive culture of engagement, continuous learning, and professional growth.
Manages employee performance and development through regular coaching, audits, and operational reviews to ensure service quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
