Manager, Discovery and Litigation SpecialistAs a senior member of the Litigation Team, you will manage and own multiple Litigation processes and functions, exercising sound judgment, taking initiative, and driving matters to completion with a high degree of independence and accountability. You will enhance and lead our legal hold and eDiscovery processes. You will also collaborate with legal and non-legal professionals to protect and defend the Company in defensive matters, pursue affirmative matters, respond to escalated subpoenas and consumer complaints, and manage our litigation portfolio.
Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the legal hold process, ensuring timely and effective communication and compliance with preservation requirements.
- Oversee and coordinate the entire eDiscovery lifecycle, including data collection, processing, review coordination, and production, working closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for outside counsel, providing comprehensive litigation support throughout case management.
- Assist with case preparation, including organizing and managing large volumes of documents and evidence.
- Draft and review legal correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses under attorney supervision.
- Independently review, investigate, and respond to escalated subpoenas, consumer complaints, and other information requests.
- Maintain litigation databases and document management systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and business units to ensure smooth execution of litigation and investigation projects.
- Stay current with developments in litigation technology and best practices in eDiscovery.
- Train and mentor other team members on litigation support procedures and technology.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of paralegal litigation experience, preferably within a large corporate law department or law firm supporting complex litigation.
- Demonstrated experience managing legal hold and eDiscovery processes.
- Strong technical aptitude and advanced proficiency with eDiscovery platforms and legal hold software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:- ABA approved paralegal certificate.

Salary The base salary range is $100,000 - $130,000.00 per year, total on target compensation includes a base salary plus annual incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates' qualifications, skills, and competencies.
