THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a client-facing Web Analytics Manager to lead the strategy, implementation and optimization of analytics platforms across our client portfolio. Working at the intersection of data, technology and marketing, this person will help clients turn digital and media performance data into meaningful action. The role will support both the technical foundation of measurement, including tagging, tracking and platform configuration, and the strategic delivery of dashboards, reports, trends and recommendations. This person will collaborate closely with Paid, Owned, Earned, Strategy, Client Partnership and Web Development colleagues to ensure marketing activities are measurable and connected to client goals. They will also shape omnichannel reporting and testing strategies, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and occasionally oversee the work of Associates. The ideal candidate is a hands-on analytics practitioner, confident client partner and curious problem-solver who brings rigor, clarity and an ownership mindset to multiple accounts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Develops analytics strategies and comprehensive measurement plans aligned with client business and marketing objectives
  • Sets up, configures and maintains Google Analytics 4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Piwik PRO and related analytics platforms
  • Configures custom events, conversions, goals, dimensions, audiences and other platform settings
  • Implements and maintains tag management solutions, including Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
  • Defines dataLayer requirements and front-end tracking approaches in partnership with Web Development teams
  • Conducts analytics audits, quality assurance reviews and troubleshooting to ensure clean, consistent data collection
  • Documents implementation specifications, governance standards, platform configurations and ongoing maintenance needs
  • Designs dashboard concepts and visualization requirements that reflect client strategies, KPIs and decision-making needs
  • Builds and maintains dashboards, recurring reports and performance scorecards using Looker Studio, GA4, Tableau, Adobe Workspace or other BI tools
  • Evaluates digital, media and campaign performance, identifies trends and delivers actionable optimization recommendations in partnership with paid, owned, earned and web partners
  • Connects analytics across paid, owned and earned channels to support holistic omnichannel reporting and attribution discussions
  • Develops measurement approaches and testing strategies for conversion rate optimization, user experience and campaign performance
  • Leads client-facing analytics discussions and presents findings with clarity, confidence and appropriate context
  • Partners with channel subject matter experts, Insight & Strategy and Client Partnership teams to align analytics work with client goals
  • Supports quarterly business reviews, campaign wrap-ups and digital roadmaps while occasionally
  • Oversees analytics work completed by Associates, as needed


Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown.   • Expected Compensation Range: $75,000 - $105,000


PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK CONDITIONS

The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
