Full Job Description
The Manager, Digital Sales Enablement serves as the primary post-sale owner of advertiser and agency relationships, ensuring successful campaign launches through completion. This role will be critical in translating client objectives into operational success and opportunities to maximize incremental revenue growth. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Research, Ad Sales Marketing, Finance & Distribution, the Manager acts as a strategic partner to advertisers while ensuring campaigns achieve business objectives and revenue commitments.

The salary range for this job is between $78,900-$105,100. annually. Salary rate will take into consideration several factors including location.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Client Success, Campaign Performance & Revenue Growth

  • Serve as the primary post-sale contact for advertisers and agency partners, building strong relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.

  • Monitor pacing, revenue delivery, and campaign performance, proactively identifying risks and implementing optimization strategies.

  • Support Sales team with campaign kickoffs, status meetings, business reviews, and performance reporting.
  • Manage revenue delivery and account growth by delivering strategic insights and recommendations, supporting renewals, identifying incremental new opportunities, and cultivating long-term advertiser relationships that drive retention and loyalty.


Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Excellence

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Operations, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, and external partners.

  • Responsible for media plan building in both CTV and digital sponsorship opportunities.

  • Ensure client objectives are effectively translated into operational execution and campaign success.

  • Balance client goals with inventory availability and revenue priorities.

  • Partner across teams to streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.

  • Help establish best practices, processes, and reporting standards that support scalable growth.

  • Assist Operations in campaign trafficking and troubleshooting when needed to hit department deadlines.

  • Responsible for owning monthly billing process with agencies, resellers, programmatic partners and distribution endpoints.


BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5-7 years of experience in account management, client services, digital advertising, media planning, ad operations, or related fields.

  • Experience managing advertiser and agency relationships within digital media, streaming, or CTV environments.

  • Strong understanding of CTV, streaming video, programmatic advertising, and digital media ecosystems.

  • Experience with FreeWheel, SpringServe, or similar ad serving and campaign management platforms.

  • Working knowledge of revenue pacing, inventory management, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.

  • Exceptional client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable business insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across cross-functional teams to drive results.

  • Strong understanding of AI tools & services is a plus.
