- Brings relentless clarity of priorities for yourself and your team, discerning what actually elevates the brand and drives pipeline from the endless list of things that could be done.
- Thinks like an operator. You instinctively separate signal from noise and know the difference between activity and outcome.
- Embraces team health and the principles in The Five Dysfunctions of a Team and The Ideal Team Player (Patrick Lencioni).
- Is AI-fluent and genuinely curious about how agents, prompts, and automated workflows can compound the team's output.

Specifically for this job, someone who:- Owns an inbound pipeline number and can trace marketing effort all the way to sourced revenue.
- Runs the content engine behind the brand as an orchestrator: turning the podcast, webinars, and campaigns into a steady flow of multi-format content distributed across every channel our audience is found.
- Writes well and fast across formats leveraging AI, from landing pages and campaign copy to email sequences and companion articles.
- Leads a small creative team as a player-coach, directing the AV Specialist and Creative Services Manager while setting the quality bar and doing the work alongside them.
