Work You'll Do Participate in software advisory, information technology project, and implementation services to help companies unlock the value of technology investments as discrete services or comprehensive solutions. Evaluate the technology needs of an organization by observing the current system in operation to gather and analyze information about each of the component problems, using a variety of sources, develop strategies to increase the company's profitability, and design and implement plans to comply with legislation and ensure business growth. Develop and apply time and cost networks to plan, control, and review large projects. Serve as point of contact for the client to coordinate day-to-day interactions with executives and sponsors, and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Analyze information obtained from management to conceptualize and define operational problems related to the project. Drive aspects of the proposal development process and contribute to the advancement of pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach by educating staff in the application of mathematical models, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.

Requirements Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
- Utilizing Microsoft (MS) SharePoint, MS Project, and Jira to manage software advisory and implementation services for clients in Private and Public Sector industries;
- Participating in all phases of Agile project delivery and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for designing, developing, testing, and implementing SAP ERP for enterprise-level clients;
- Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future state and to-be systems, processes, and environments, utilizing MS Visio, Word, Excel, and Agile methodology;
- Conducting Systems Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing by leveraging Redmine, Asana, and Jira to ensure successful design and implementation of project solutions;
- Establishing Continuous Build (CB), Continuous Integration (CI), and source code management to achieve fully automated CI and Continuous Delivery (CD) through use of GitLab;
- Guiding teams focused on ERP Implementations, Data Center Migration, and Custom Application Development engagements;
- Driving the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks by employing Jira, MS Project, SharePoint, Visio, Excel tools, as well as Kanban, Scrum, and Agile methodologies; and
- Designing and delivering user manuals and training for solutions to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and maintenance in client environments.
