Work You'll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative solutions that address clients' needs and improve performance by determining the appropriate talent structure and transform their workforce practices in ways that lead to significant savings, a leading edge on competition, and greater efficiency. Manage day-to-day interactions with executive and sponsors and develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients. Manage information technology project teams that provide industry insight and analytical support using data mining, pattern matching, data visualization, and predictive modeling tools to produce analysis and algorithms that help businesses make better decisions. Manage aspects of the information technology project proposal development process and contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for teams and staff in local offices.

Requirements
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience.
Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
• Guiding teams that define, build, and implement programs that enable the success of transformation goals, utilizing RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs, status reporting, and implementation checklists in Microsoft (MS) Excel and PowerPoint;
• Working across all phases of the Organization Transformation project delivery lifecycle to design, develop, test, and implement solutions for enterprise level clients, utilizing Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews, blueprinting, and benchmarking;
• Interfacing directly with clients to gather and analyze requirements to support Organization Transformation project design, utilizing executive presentations and reporting and interview guides;
• Analyzing and documenting current-state systems, processes, and environments to support project design of future-state/to-be organizations, processes, and environments, specific to organizational design, workforce capacity and competencies, training, talent acquisition, and development, utilizing Orgvue;
• Generating and delivering project and workstream status reports to internal and external stakeholders, and leading onshore and offshore team members, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables in the Workforce Transformation space; and
• Providing periodic performance feedback for team members, and providing input during mid-year and end of year appraisal reviews.
