Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Manager, CRM & Systems will support the Managers, Systems Success, with local execution of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Outreach, automation, and user support. This role turns the Revenue Systems & Data roadmap into practical day-to-day support for central and local teams and assists with future feature build-out.

This role pays an annual salary of $91,300-$118,600 and is bonus eligible.

Responsibilities

  • Provide more technical CRM and systems support for Salesforce, Outreach, lead distribution, workflows, and reporting
  • Manage assigned support requests, user questions, process fixes, data-cleanup needs, and documentation updates.
  • Partner with Director, CRM & Systems, on configuration, testing, user permissions, process updates, and system governance.
  • Partner with Systems Success Managers to understand local adoption issues and recurring support needs.
  • Help build training resources, FAQs, process documentation, and self-service materials.
  • Support CRM/data quality priorities, data hygiene, and reporting reliability.
  • Escalate complex architecture, automation, or prioritization decisions to Director, CRM & Systems.


Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Salesforce administration or management experience, with at least 1+ years supporting Sales Cloud in a B2B environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent experience considered.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive technical solutions.

Technical Skills:
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration, customization, and administration.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Flow, validation rules, and declarative automation.
  • Experience with Sales Engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesforce High Velocity Sales).
  • Familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning components is a plus.

Credential Preferences:
  • Required: Salesforce Administrator
  • Preferred: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, or Platform App Builder.
