Full Job Description
Bio-Rad Laboratories is seeking a Manager of Corporate Communications. You will build and launch employee-facing and external campaigns, serve as a strategic communications partner to key executives, support major company events, and develop communications channels and materials that scale with a growing, global organization.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Develop audience-first communications campaigns and initiatives that connect Bio-Rad employees to the mission, business and each other.
  • Provide strategic communications partnership and counsel to key executives.
  • Partner cross-functionally on targeted public relations and external communications strategies and initiatives.
  • Support company-wide events, including quarterly town halls, sales meetings, and other large-scale gatherings.
  • Work cross-functionally to build and enhance internal communications channels.
  • Develop communications materials and strategy for large-scale change management projects.

What You Bring:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
  • Work Experience: 7+ years of experience. Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics or BioTech preferred.
  • Communications strategy and planning.
  • Executive communications and counsel.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills. Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Change management communications.
  • Situational awareness and executive presence.

Location: This position must be based in Hercules, CA and requires the employee to be located within commuting distance of the office.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $137,600 to $189,200 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
