  • Manage project teams, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, and client expectations.
  • Lead current-state assessments, maturity assessments, operating model reviews, transformation roadmaps, process reviews, and implementation planning.
  • Advise clients on utility and infrastructure matters, including asset management, capital planning, capital project delivery, PMO and project governance, portfolio delivery, execution improvement, and operational performance.

  • Develop high-quality reports, executive presentations, business cases, roadmaps, governance materials, benefits registers, decision logs, and implementation plans.
  • Contribute to proposals, client relationship development, credentials materials, market scans, and pursuit strategies.
  • Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, project managers, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Help strengthen the Energy, Utilities & Infrastructure practice through thought leadership, methodology development, knowledge management, and team development.

  • Experience applying structured problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, analysis, and recommendation development to business, operational, or asset management challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing engagements and develop executive-ready analyses, recommendations, business cases, and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of asset-intensive organizations and the relationships among operations, capital planning, governance, finance, risk, and service delivery.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, problem-solving, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex issues, and develop recommendations that clients can implement.
  • Ability to coach and develop junior team members while maintaining high standards for quality and delivery.
