ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Effectively manages and oversees multiple accounts and all of the associated projects and deliverables with a cross-functional team to ensure they are on strategy, on time, on budget and in alignment with client expectations
- Leads internal team through internal status meetings and project kick-off meetings
- Guides internal account teams through changes in direction, with an ability to reframe and/or pivot from a recommendation with strategic foresight and ease
- Reviews first drafts from team and provides actionable feedback, revisions or suggestions for cross-functional collaboration to improve upon deliverable; ensures deliverable is in a client-ready state for account leadership to review
- With input from team, in collaboration with finance, and based upon project budgets, prepares final billing /budget trackers/invoices for account leadership review and approval
- With input from team, prepares final draft proposals/scopes of work based on solid understanding of the assignment and cross-functional team collaboration; collaborates with Project Management to ensure budget estimates align with proposal
- Understands connections between projects and the macro scope of work, proactively identifying opportunities for collaboration
- Anticipates needs and next steps on projects, initiating them in concert with account leadership
- Identifies missing insights and works with the team to seek answers
- Gains deep understanding of the macro industry associated with a client account
- Serves as trusted counselor to day-to-day client contacts
- Understands clients' individual motivations, needs and strengths; understands clients' team dynamics, including internal stakeholders and partner agencies
- Authors and confidently presents account/project strategy to clients, in partnership with cross-functional leads
- Grows an account portfolio consisting of multiple client accounts through both organic growth and new business identification
- Support new business efforts as requested by leadership
Additionally, the ideal candidate meets these qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional experience, with prior roles in marketing, communications, data science, or consulting, preferably in an agency setting
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness and availability to travel periodically, as needed
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion. Light work is required of this position, occasionally lifting or moving objects between 10-20 pounds. The visual acuity of this position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle. This position will not be substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
