Job Description

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager of Change Management within our Outsourced Services practice. This role will lead the people and adoption strategy for complex operational and client-focused initiatives, ranging from targeted process improvements to large-scale transformation programs

Many initiatives combine technology implementation, process redesign, data, service delivery, and operating-model change. The Manager will embed change management into the full transformation lifecycle, translate business and workforce impacts into actionable plans, and hold leaders and project teams accountable for organizational readiness, stakeholder commitment, adoption, and sustained business outcomes. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, lead multiple change workstreams, develop team capability, and strengthen transformation delivery across Outsourced Services.

What You'll Be Responsible For
  • Lead change management workstreams supporting complex outsourced services engagements, business transformations, process improvements, technology implementations, and operating model changes
  • Develop and execute integrated change strategies that connect stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, organizational readiness, training, adoption, reinforcement, and benefits realization.
  • Advise senior leaders on the organizational, operational, role, capability, and workforce impacts of transformation decisions and the leadership actions required to achieve adoption.
  • Conduct change impact, stakeholder, readiness, and adoption-risk assessments to identify affected groups, behavioral changes, dependencies, barriers, and required interventions.
  • Embed change management activities, milestones, resources, risks, and measures into project charters, roadmaps, governance, implementation plans, and decision forums from the outset.
  • Build stakeholder strategies across executive sponsors, decision owners, service-line leaders, managers, employees, clients, and other impacted groups, with clear accountability for engagement and adoption.
  • Translate future-state processes, technology, roles, and ways of working into practical communications, leader toolkits, learning experiences, job aids, and performance support.
  • Define measurable readiness, engagement, proficiency, behavior, adoption, and sustainability outcomes and provide transparent reporting to project and executive leadership.
  • Identify resistance, leadership gaps, competing priorities, and adoption risks early and partner with decision owners to implement mitigation, reinforcement, and accountability actions.
  • Guide clients and internal teams through transitions to new processes, technologies, data practices, service delivery models, organizational structures, roles, and ways of working.
  • Establish quality standards and provide strategic oversight of change deliverables to ensure they are integrated, audience-centered, practical, and aligned with transformation outcomes.
  • Lead multiple change engagements and workstreams simultaneously, managing scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, risks, financial performance, and delivery quality.
  • Build trusted relationships and support client relationship development, solution scoping, proposals, and other practice-growth activities related to change and transformation.
  • Develop repeatable change and adoption methodologies, tools, templates, governance standards, and measurement practices that strengthen Outsourced Services transformation delivery.
  • Lead, coach, and develop change practitioners and cross-functional team members while managing workload, performance, capability development, and utilization across engagements.
  • Evaluate emerging change practices, digital adoption capabilities, analytics, and AI-enabled tools for their ability to improve stakeholder insight, adoption, employee experience, and operational outcomes.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field required.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience leading change management, technology-enabled transformation, process or operating-model change, management consulting, organizational transformation, or related advisory services.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams and owning change outcomes across complex, multi-workstream projects, programs, or client engagements.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or comparable change management, project management, Agile, or process-improvement certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience leading the people and adoption strategy for complex organizational, operational, process, technology, data, or operating-model transformations.
  • Experience advising senior executives, decision owners, and cross-functional stakeholders in a client-facing or consulting environment and holding leaders accountable for change outcomes.
  • Experience supporting outsourced services, managed services, shared services, business process outsourcing, finance transformation, or other operational transformation environments preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of change strategy, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, leadership alignment, communications, learning, adoption, reinforcement, and sustainability.
  • Experience integrating change management into large-scale technology implementations, process redesign, service delivery transformation, operating-model change, or organizational transitions.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex future-state designs and business impacts into audience-specific change interventions and executable implementation plans.
  • Proven ability to define adoption outcomes, establish meaningful measures, use data to identify risk, and evaluate whether change is producing sustained behavioral and business results.
  • Strong executive presence and exceptional facilitation, influence, written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to guide difficult decisions and alignment discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and support solution development, proposal efforts, and expansion of change and transformation engagements.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity, competing priorities, and multiple complex engagements simultaneously.
