Description & Requirements
What You Will Do:
Apply knowledge of end-to-end finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), financial and management reporting, financial close optimization, ERP-enabled process improvement, and FP&A enhancements across client engagements.
Lead portions of client engagements and collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and reporting efficiency.
Support and lead engagement activities throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and design through implementation and delivery.
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior team members and supporting client relationship management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
5+ years of relevant experience in consulting, public accounting, finance transformation, accounting operations, or corporate finance.
Experience with financial close, financial reporting, account reconciliations, or Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Experience with financial reporting, close automation, account reconciliation, or finance transformation technologies.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
Prior consulting experience.
Working knowledge of Trintech Cadency.
