SummaryThe Manager, Salesforce Business Systems is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and continuous improvement of Cresa's Salesforce platform, serving as a key connection between business users and technical resources. This role combines user support and service with hands-on Salesforce administration, reporting, training, testing, and configuration to resolve issues, implement enhancements, maintain the platform, and drive user adoption

Team members are expected to remain flexible, share knowledge, and step in wherever needed to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce initiatives, exceptional user support, and continuous platform improvement. QualificationsRequired- 3-5 years Salesforce experience
- Hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, reporting, dashboards, security, and automation.
- Experience training and supporting end users and troubleshooting Salesforce issues.
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, training, and customer service skills.
Preferred - Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with Flow and other Salesforce automation tools.
- Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
- Experience working with Salesforce developers, consultants, or managed services partner.
