Job Summary (includes but is not limited to the following, other duties may be assigned)
Directs, formulates and monitors Outage Services Capital and Repair budgets for Fleet Services. Oversees the compilation of data based on statistical studies and analysis of past and current years to prepare division budget and justify funds requested. Reviews annual and intermediate division budget periodically to analyze trends affecting division budget needs. Provides leadership in the design, development, and implementation of standardized business planning, tracking, and reporting. Facilitate and coordinates Outage Services annual budget and multiyear forecast. Responsible for monthly reporting to leadership on overall performance against budget. Monitor and direct the development of cost trends based upon the analysis of labor productivity, the effect of economic conditions on project materials and labor costs.
Responsible for performing analysis, financial due diligence and providing input to the Director. Key areas of responsibility include quality control of the team's work product, support the financial team goals and coordination with other stakeholders in Power Ops Shared Services. Streamline and consolidate financial budgeting and operations. Accountable for the fiscal operations of Outage Services, Capital and Repair budgets to ensure legal and contractual compliance as well as effective resource management. Key areas of responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, oversight for budget preparation, procurement, and accounting processes.

Manages a single function or portion of a department. Regularly manages large-scale projects/activities or a very closely related set of projects/activities.
Responsible for performance reviews, promotional decisions, and pay actions for support and professional levels.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance Management or equivalent
Previous work leadership or senior level contributor experience.
Typically requires minimum of 10+ years in area of specialization.
Salary Information
Salary Range: $137,707.04 - $175,576.48
