Join NVIDIA's powerful GPU ASIC team and drive the innovation of future GPU processors for AI datacenter products. Our team is at the forefront of modern technology, and we are looking for an ambitious ASIC Chip Manager to help us achieve world-class performance. This is a groundbreaking opportunity to work with a diverse and dynamic group of professionals who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinate all aspects of GPU ASIC development from concept phase to mass-production.
  • Engage in architectural definition, silicon process and package selection, performance modeling, power budgeting, RTL development, and test implementation.
  • Define and track project achievements and dependencies, while coordinating activities across IP development, software, emulation, integration, physical development, and VLSI teams.
  • Collaborate with packaging, system design, DFT, test engineering, test software, and chip logistics teams to support silicon bring-up.
  • Ensure the flawless execution of projects by identifying and mitigating key technical risks.


What we need to see:
  • BSEE (MSEE / MSCE preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 overall years of industry experience with 5+ years of leadership in GPU or key sub-systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of SoC architectures, including CPU, GPU, and memory sub-systems.
  • Expertise in silicon process technology, yield analysis, and cost modeling.
  • Proficiency in front-end design flow, micro-architecture, unit partitioning, and pipelining.
  • Proficiency in innovative design verification techniques, tools, and methodologies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and technical communication skills.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 196,000 USD - 310,500 USD.
