The Manager, Aftermarket Planning is responsible for leading the Parts and Accessories (P&A) supply planning activities and supports Husqvarna's internal and external customers by managing inventory across a global manufacturing and sourcing footprint. This role will develop the P&A Planning team while driving standardization, continuous improvements, and cross-functional collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
What You Need to Know: - Optimize the balance of inventory, service and logistics costs across the supply chain network.
- Develop planning activities to improve KPIs; forecast accuracy, fill rates and inventory turn rate.
- Partner with internal and external suppliers to support on-time delivery and quickly resolve supply-related issues.
- Manage inventory and replenishment efforts to achieve lowest possible inventory levels while maximizing product fill rates.
- Investigate and implement changes to simplify processes, eliminate non-value-added activities, maximize data integrity, and reduce costs.
- Proactively support and interface closely with business managers to provide highest quality services, improve sales plan and forecast accuracy, and provide market trends.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve vendor performance programs working closely with sourcing.
What We Are Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field
- 5+ years of supply chain planning, preferably in Aftermarket
- 2+ years in a management/leadership role
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Strong change leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong systems aptitude in addition to applications skills (MS Office)
- MRP/ERP systems experience, Logility experience a plus
- Strategic thinking and continuous improvement mentality
- Adept problem-solving and effective decision-making skills
- Strong written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate a message both professionally and concisely.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change, delays or unexpected events.
- Willingness to travel as required and work necessary hours to support a global business.
