Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with 10–15 years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role, to join our finance team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Develop, mentor, and coach members of the accounting team, fostering technical expertise and continuous improvement.
- Review complex accounting transactions and ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
- Partner with cross-functional departments to resolve accounting matters and improve business processes.
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with external audits by responding to auditor inquiries and supporting documentation requests.
- Analyze financial results, investigate unusual variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
- Develop and improve accounting processes to increase efficiency while maintaining strong controls.
- Participate in special projects, system implementations, acquisitions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted technical accounting resource across the organization.

Qualifications and Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
- 10 –15 years of progressive accounting experience, with 3-5 years of leadership responsibilities.

- Experience managing month-end close and general ledger accounting.
