T1 Energy is looking to hire a Manager, Accounting Revenue to lead the revenue recognition process, ensure compliance with ASC 606, and deliver accurate, audit-ready reporting. Youll work cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and Finance to evaluate contracts, asses performance obligations, and ensure revenue is recognized correctly and consistently.

What Youll Do- Own revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including contract review and performance obligation analysis.
- Lead revenue-related activities during month-end close, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and review revenue reporting packages, disclosures, and variance analysis.
- Analyze revenue trends, pricing structures, and contract terms to identify risks and insights.
- Support revenue forecasting ans budgeting processes.
- Strengthen and document internal controls and audit support.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, and contract management to align in revenue treatment.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue focused accounting.
- Strong understanding of ASC 606 and related internal controls.
- Prior public accounting experience preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
