Full Job Description
TLDR: You would help the world's most important technology and AI companies execute their most critical transformations. You will be joining a team where you can build a career as a true industry leader and drive lasting, measurable impact on the market every day.

Our clients need someone who can make everything they envision happen with speed and at scale. We work on the hardest execution challenges in tech industry today. How do you roll out a new AI-powered operating model across a 50,000-person organization? How do you stand up data center infrastructure fast enough to meet demand without blowing cost targets? How do you drive adoption of a new platform when the business keeps moving? Our work generally focuses on four domains:
  • Product & Go to Market | inclusive of building, launching, and scaling products; driving forward-deployed engagements to embed the customer in the product; managing enablement; executing go-to-market transformation and monetization initiatives at speed and scale
  • Platform Services | shifting platforms from manual operations to Data & AI-powered services; implementing the operating models and processes that maximize trust, growth, and efficiency at billion-user scale
  • AI Compute Capabilities | inclusive of helping companies build and operate AI infrastructure efficiently; executing data center delivery programs, driving utilization and ROI across the full lifecycle, and managing cost takeout opportunities across the business
  • Transformation + Value | inclusive of executing end-to-end reinvention across mega-processes; delivering the programs that make AI adoption real; measuring and capturing value across the enterprise; and orchestrating the industry focus around customer zero

You Are:

A consultant with real experience inside or alongside the tech industry and the operational instincts to match. You know how to take a strategy and make it work in practice. You understand the gap between a good plan and a plan that gets implemented, and you close it.

You are energized by complexity, comfortable in fast-moving environments, and skilled at getting organizations to move. You define and track market trends while helping your clients outpace them through disciplined execution and sustained operational change. You build trust with clients that lasts beyond a single engagement, hold yourself and your team to a high bar on delivery, and show up every day focused on driving clear, measurable impact.

The Work:
  • Translate strategies and roadmaps into action; building the implementation plans, workstreams, and operating models that make transformation real for technology companies.
  • Drive execution directly alongside client teams; removing barriers, managing stakeholders, and making sure initiatives land with lasting impact rather than sitting in a deck.
  • Size the value at stake for transformation initiatives and track delivery against it; helping clients understand and capture the ROI of the work in real time.
  • Execute on cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations; including AI-related spend, infrastructure utilization, and process overhead.
  • Develop client-ready materials that communicate progress, decisions, and recommendations clearly to executive stakeholders.
  • Structure and lead workstreams from start to finish; designing the approach, managing the work, and delivering outputs that are ready for the client without a second pass.
  • Own quality across everything the team produces. Coherence, rigor, and client-readiness are the standard.
  • Support business development; contributing to proposals, shaping the point of view on new opportunities, and helping grow existing client relationships.
  • Develop junior team members; give honest feedback, create real ownership opportunities, and invest in their growth.
  • Travel: Average 40-50% (up to 80% as needed).

Here's What You Need:
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the tech industry or consulting.

Bonus Points If:
  • You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
  • Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.
  • A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.
  • Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems.
  • Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
