Analyze end-to-end property accountability processes covering receipt, storage, inventory, movement and disposition.
Evaluate material and asset financial records, audit evidence and performance metrics; recommend improvements to the Government.
Research complex inventory and logistics discrepancies; assess causes and recommend corrections.
Develop or refine SOPs, reporting methods and process improvements supporting quality and risk management.
Support disposition planning, documentation improvements and technical screening; prepare management reports and briefings.
Required skills and qualifications
More than 10 years of relevant experience.
Ability to perform the duties above and use applicable Government systems, SOPs and records controls.
Preferred skills and qualifications
Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in any field.
Engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
Experience in U.S. Navy programs or operations.
