OverviewCVP is seeking a Management Analyst with a federal human capital background to join our team in supporting the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA).
The successful candidates will provide independent and objective analysis and consulting services to analyze and assess project task activities; conduct research in problem areas and perform independent analysis of agency operations to identify problems and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency. The successful candidate will also generate routine and ad hoc reports and provide overall direction and guidance on program, project, or data analysis task activities related to program delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide analytical support for evaluating program efficiencies, gaps, and errors relative to human capital.
- Create job aids including checklists.
- Document and analyze processes to inform operations in a variety of systems supporting program delivery such as EmpowHR, USA Staffing, and NFC, to include workflow management system such as ServiceNow.
- Maintain and enhance existing products using tools such as Excel, Microsoft SharePoint to collect, archive, and maintain historical data, reports, and information.
- Identify, gather and analyze key performance indicators to develop effective measures and metrics to drive improvements.
- Conduct program and process reviews to document procedures, gather data to identify efficiencies in the operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a federal security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
- 4 years of experience in data analysis, management analysis, business process reengineering, strategic planning, or organizational performance assessments, or related experience.
- Bachelor's degree OR one of the following substitutions:
- Associate’s degree plus four (4) years of relevant work experience.
- Six (6) years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in federal human resources management program delivery and operations.
- Experience using federal personnel systems and commercial tools to track program/project activity, generate reports, and track to completion.
- Outstanding writing ability and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative methods and techniques to manage, plan, coordinate, integrate and implement initiatives.
- Experienced in a wide range of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods.
