- Salary: $87,840 - $109,800 plus annual target bonus
Position Responsibilities:- The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis
- A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out program
- This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards
- Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience: - Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience: - Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor's Degree
