Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Modesto, California

As a Maintenance Supervisor in Modesto, CA, you will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the Maintenance & Engineering Manager, you will lead maintenance personnel, drive preventative maintenance initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by fostering collaboration, driving continuous improvement, and supporting a culture of safety, quality, and accountability within Arxada's Microbial Control Solutions business. Your leadership will help ensure the site continues to deliver exceptional service and high-quality products to our customers across the globe.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure plant equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while meeting production and quality requirements.
  • Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, establish work standards, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.

The expected salary range for this role is 100-103k annually but specific employee compensation may vary depending on factors including experience, education, training, licensure, certification, location, and other jobrelated, nondiscriminatory factors permitted by law.
This role is also eligible to earn a shortterm incentive bonus and the following benefits: 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and paid sick leave.
