MaintenanceSupervisor to join our team based in Milton, Ontario.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and developing a team of skilled trades personnel in the preventative maintenance, planning, scheduling, servicing/repair and continuous improvement of machinery to optimize safety, product quality, equipment reliability and manufacturing efficiencies. This role is accountable for maintenance planning and scheduling, Maximo administration, inventory control, reliability improvement initiatives and the ongoing development of a robust preventative and predictive maintenance program.

Job Responsibilities- Lead safety performance through hazard identification, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide leadership and development for the maintenance team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee all maintenance activities to ensure safe, efficient execution.
- Manage maintenance planning and scheduling (Maximo) across preventive, corrective, and shutdown work.
- Partner with production to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
- Oversee and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Manage work order backlog and prioritize based on safety, risk, and business impact.
- Control maintenance inventory and spare parts to balance availability and cost.
- Lead troubleshooting, downtime analysis, and root cause investigations to drive sustainable improvements.
- Develop scopes, recommendations, and cost estimates for maintenance initiatives and capital projects.
- Promote operational excellence, Lean practices (5S), and company values.
Qualifications- Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A).
- 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong expertise in maintenance and reliability practices, including preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Experience with CMMS systems (Maximo preferred) and maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Proven ability in root cause analysis and data-driven problem solving.
- Solid knowledge of maintenance operations
- Continuous improvement experience preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people development
- Supervise and develop a team (2), including mentoring an apprentice.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to interpret technical drawings and documentation.
