Specific Duties and Responsibilities:- Supervises and coordinates activities of maintenance workers
- Interprets company policies and collective bargaining agreement
- Demonstrated commitment and enforcement of safe work practices
- Maintains time and production reports
- Coordinates with production and other departments in Raynor
- Schedules repair, maintenance and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous production operations
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
- Suggests changes in work conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, and crew
Knowledge, skills and abilities:- Metal forming, manufacturing, and maintenance background
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Deals effectively with multiple internal/external customers of varying levels
- Demonstrated ability to effectively motivate, foster teamwork, and supervise direct reports
- Knowledge and ability concerning specific machine capacity and capability issues
- Capable to increase manufacturing efficiencies through effective scheduling
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication, self-presentation and interpersonal skills
- Tool Room and Plant Facilities experience

Job Type: Full-time / Salaried
Pay: $70,000-100,000
