This is a key site leadership role responsible for driving maintenance excellence, asset reliability, and operational performance across the facility. The Manager, Maintenance & Reliability will lead safety-focused maintenance operations, reliability improvement strategies, cost optimization initiatives, and team development to maximize equipment availability and business performance.
As a Maintenance & Reliability Manager, you will lead all maintenance and reliability activities for the site, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation of plant assets. This role is accountable for maintenance execution, asset management, reliability improvement, budget management, and the leadership and development of maintenance personnel.
This role reports to the Plant Manager and oversees a team of 5 direct reports (Leads, Maintenance Scheduler, Administrator, and a Reliability Lead).
What you will do:
• Lead plant maintenance operations, including corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Drive safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance while promoting a zero-incident culture.
• Develop and execute asset maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance.
• Lead reliability improvement initiatives using root cause analysis, predictive maintenance technologies, and condition-monitoring tools.
• Manage maintenance budgets, optimize maintenance costs, and oversee spare parts inventory strategies.
• Plan and manage plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects.
• Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance leaders and technical personnel while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
What you will bring:
• Minimum 10 years of progressive maintenance, reliability, or engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing maintenance teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance planning and scheduling processes and asset management programs.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, reliability programs, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay Range:
$106,000.00-$141,333.33 Annual
This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
Incentive Compensation:
As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
