What will you do?- Lead, coordinate, and support the Technical Team by managing priorities, removing bottlenecks, and resolving critical issues to maximize production efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, molds, and utilities, minimizing production disruptions and maximizing equipment uptime.
- Ensure machinery, equipment, and utilities comply with material, functional, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage external suppliers and consultants, selecting the best solutions and supervising service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies, HSE regulations, and workplace hygiene standards, maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.
- Collaborate with Production and Quality to resolve major technical and quality issues.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts, monitor consumption trends, and optimize inventory replenishment.
- Maintain workshop safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual technical reports, maintaining accurate maintenance documentation and records.
What are we looking for?- Proven experience as Head of Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems.
- Excellent knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, and/or Injection Molding).
- Strong applied knowledge of WCM principles, HSE standards, and best practices.
- Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
