Full Job Description
Site Leader, Maintenance & Reliability Global Chemical Company - Manufacturing Site | Full-time | On-site | Senior/Director Level

If you live for reliable equipment, hate repeat failures, and know the difference between a good PM program and a great one - this role was written for you. We're a growing global chemical company looking for a sharp, experienced maintenance and reliability leader to take full ownership of site performance.

You'll lead a multidisciplinary team, shape strategy, and drive the kind of continuous improvement that actually sticks. This isn't a desk job - it's a high-impact leadership role with real influence over how the plant runs day to day and into the future.

What you'll own

Maintenance strategy & execution Lead and continuously improve preventive, predictive, and precision maintenance programs. Oversee execution, manage planning and scheduling, and ensure the CMMS is working hard - not just being used.

Reliability & asset performance Drive reliability initiatives, track asset performance, conduct root cause analyses, and implement long-term fixes that eliminate recurring problems rather than just patching them.

Cross-functional leadership Partner with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and EHS to optimize uptime. Facilitate PHAs, support capital projects and design reviews, and ensure equipment installations go smoothly.

Compliance & continuous improvement Maintain compliance with OSHA, API, ASME, ISO, and related standards. Champion sustainability, energy efficiency, spare parts optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.

Team development Mentor and grow your maintenance and reliability team. You'll set the standard - technically and culturally - for how this group operates.

What we're looking for

Must-haves: BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10+ years in industrial or manufacturing, CMMS proficiency, reliability systems expertise, asset lifecycle management, and strong mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation knowledge.

Strongly preferred: Chemical industry background, PHA facilitation experience, capital project involvement, and familiarity with OSHA, API, ASME, and ISO standards.

Sound like you? Apply with your resume and a brief note on a reliability win you're most proud of - it tells us a lot.
