Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead and develop maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Core Responsibilities

Maintenance Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead and guide maintenance operations to support production, safety, quality, and cost targets.
    Plan, promote, and implement the KMA Business Midterm Plan within maintenance operations.
  • Coach and lead the development of maintenance staff through training and performance management.
  • Support manufacturing operations to achieve safety, productivity, and quality objectives.

Performance Management & Continuous Improvement
  • Manage maintenance performance indicators to reduce equipment downtime, overtime, and maintenance costs.
  • Manage facility maintenance performance indicators including paint shop equipment, quality improvements, and cost reductions.
  • Report departmental performance metrics in a timely manner and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to standardize best-practice procedures and solutions.

Project & Change Management
  • Manage maintenance-related projects for new programs and changes to existing programs with transparency and accountability.
  • Oversee project scope including timing, budgets, design details, team coordination, quotations, and vendor procurement.
  • Support the setup and execution of preventative maintenance initiatives for new equipment.
  • Ensure effective implementation of new or revised processes through staff training.

Compliance, Safety & Technical Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations to maintain product quality and company reputation.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and industry engagement.
  • Ensure maintenance activities follow manufacturer instructions and established procedures.
  • Promote a safe working environment across all maintenance areas.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience in manufacturing and maintenance leadership role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex maintenance operations.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing-related engineering field
