QualificationsMinimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of four years of related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications - 4+ years of supervisory experience managing technical engineering teams.
- Certified Maintenance Reliability Professional or similar certification.

- Experience in production, maintenance, or project management.
