8+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally with skills in Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic systems.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams in a maintenance context.
Experience in any manufacturing industry is acceptable; continuous processing experience (Plastics, Rubber, Chemicals, Steel) is preferred.
Strong background in developing and overseeing preventative and predictive maintenance programs, including SOP/SWI development, Lean methodologies, and Maintenance Excellence.
