Maintenance Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a maintenance analyst, you know the importance of delivering strategic, data-driven logistics, sustainment, and maintenance solutions that will enable long-term sustainability. On our team, you'll play an essential role in lifecycle logistics to support critical national defense missions.

In this role, you'll conduct technical research, analysis, and provide recommendations on required facilities, equipment, materials, processes, technologies, training, and personnel to perform aircraft and systems component depot-level maintenance and support site activations. You'll identify opportunities to exploit commercial best practices and digital technologies to streamline depot maintenance activation and execution and provide inputs to the Depot Maintenance Activation Plan (DMAP) and Depot Flow Plan (DFP) across all Integrated Product Support Elements (IPSEs), depot activation schedules, and depot activation events.

You will also conduct site surveys and perform site assessments of Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, and Upgrade (MRO&U) infrastructure, aircraft maintenance hangars, maintenance back-shops, warehouses, and utilities required to prepare site survey report for the user service or country. You'll perform gap analyses between existing operating facilities and F-35 MRO&U facilities requirements to determine required facility modifications or new facility construction to meet user CONOPS. You'll use your growing knowledge of integrated product support to execute the aforementioned maintenance tasks.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in DoD maintenance, logistics, or sustainment for aircraft
• Knowledge of maintenance, depot operations, component repair, and site activation best practices
• Ability to work effectively independently, autonomously, and as part of a joint team to execute mission requirements
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with fifth generation fighter aircraft
• Experience working on a joint program or in a joint environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,900.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
