About the Position

Position Summary:

As an LVN, you will play a vital role in monitoring and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. You'll deliver essential healthcare services in a loving, supportive environment where quality of care always comes first. Our LVNs are integral members of our care team, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention, dignity, and respect.

We provide comprehensive training in all clinical and personal care tasks required for the role, including G-Tube feedings and advanced medical support. If you are compassionate, reliable, and eager to make a difference, we'd love to meet you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess the ongoing health status of residents, communicating changes promptly.
  • Administer medications both orally and via G-Tube, in accordance with physician orders.
  • Provide G-Tube feedings and breathing treatments as prescribed.
  • Support personal care needs, including hygiene and grooming.
  • Foster social interaction and engagement among residents to promote a positive quality of life.
  • Document health status updates, medications administered, and treatments provided in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
  • Create a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all residents.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned to support resident health and well-being.


Available Shifts:

We are currently hiring for full-time and part-time positions with a flexible rotation schedule:
  • Full-Time Shifts: 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. (4 days on / 2 days off rotation)
  • Part-Time Shifts: 2:30p-11p (LVN Shift) P/T 4/off 2/on 2 to 3 day a week


Compensation:

💲 $38.00 - $40.00 per hour
Competitive pay plus opportunities for retention and referral bonuses!

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the state of California.
  • New graduates are welcome-we'll help you develop and strengthen your nursing skills!
  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to administer medications and provide personal care with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, health screening, and TB test.
