Low Voltage Field Operations Manager

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in low-voltage project management, particularly on large projects.
• College or technical certifications in a construction-related field.
• Preferred PMI PMP and Bicsi RCDD certifications.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in estimating and bidding for large projects.
• Develop project plans and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Recruit, manage, and build project teams within budget constraints.
• Maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Control project costs and report to upper management.
• Analyze operations and staff performance to assist other branch managers.
• Implement project management best practices and guidance for staff.
