Responsibilities
Responsibilities Drive and optimize the product design, planning and implementation of the end-to-end U.S. fulfillment networks including first mile pickup, sortation, linehaul, and last-mile delivery. Conduct in-depth research and competitive analysis of transportation planning and execution systems and develop detailed project plans to enhance the core logistic and supply chain operations supporting domestic and cross border e-commerce business. Apply data visualizations to translate business needs into written technical requirements to resolve technology issues and achieve strategic business objectives. Collaborate with various internal, cross-functional teams to design and implement go-to-market strategies and report on project performance to leadership. Define and monitor trackable analytics and success metrics; and analyze project status and carrier performance metrics. Manage strategic partnerships with U.S. carriers and third-party logistics providers to ensure service quality and cost competitiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including product, operations, and business teams) to align logistics solutions with platform growth objectives. Mentor junior-level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Analyzing current logistics structure and indicators, including identifying key factors and potential risks, designing optimization plans, and reviewing effectiveness of the implemented improvement measures; Designing and optimizing logistics pricing strategy and models, including price benchmarking, price positioning, price sensitivity analysis, price optimization, segmentation and strategic discounting; Designing rate card and subsidy policies for logistics; Working with fulfillment/warehouse operations, middle mile, or last mile transportation; and Developing automated workflows and real-time metrics dashboards to enable data-driven insights and improve decision-making across teams. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $115520 - $198360 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
