Experience with a variety of surgical cases including GYN, Bariatric, and Ortho
Ability to work in a busy hospital environment
Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for a range of surgical procedures including general and OB cases
Provide in-house call coverage for OB shifts
Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and effective anesthesia care
Perform patient assessments and assist with charting pre/post-op orders
Participate in cross-credentialing at a nearby surgery center

CRNA Locum Job in Syracuse, New York • Specific Details for Assignment: Cross-credential at nearby surgery center • Length of Contract: 4 - 12 month contract with option to extend • Schedule: 8s preferred, some 12s or 10s available; Monday - Friday; Full-time • Call, Nights and Weekends: In-House OB Call Shifts Preferred - Days & Weekends • Cases: General, Gyn, Bariatric, Spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few) • OB: Yes • Peripheral Nerve Blocks: Yes • Facility: Large 500 Bed Hospital and Surgery Center. Main OR has 17 rooms (including EP/Cath Lab, GI and IR). Surgery Center has 4 rooms, Physician office building has 4 rooms, Labor & Delivery has 3 rooms. • Model: Supervision • Charting: Paper (with computer for pre/post-op orders) • Credentialing: ASAP-Emergency Privileges Available
