Job Summary:
THE JOBThe Analyst, Real Estate Development will play a key role leading financial underwriting and analysis for assigned acquisition and development opportunities and providing investment recommendations to senior leadership, in addition to supporting various development and acquisition opportunities. WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO- Build and maintain financial models to support venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities
- Conduct financial analysis, market research, site analysis and due diligence to evaluate acquisition and development opportunities
- Prepare presentations, investment recommendations, and supporting materials for senior leadership
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout acquisition, development, and strategic growth initiatives
- Maintain deal and project pipelines to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
- Support analysis of transaction structures, joint ventures, partnerships, and financing alternatives
- Lead underwriting and financial analysis for venue acquisition, development, and strategic investment opportunities
- Support ad hoc analyses and strategic projects as directed by senior team members
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment analysis, corporate development, consulting, banking, private equity, asset management, or a related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Experience analyzing investments, acquisitions, development opportunities, capital projects, or other strategic business initiatives
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and due diligence is preferred
- Experience in real estate, live entertainment, hospitality, sports, venue operations, or other location-based businesses is a plus
- Passion for live entertainment and venue growth is a plus

The expected compensation for this position is:
$88,000.00 USD - $110,000.00 USD
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
