The Labor Management System (LMS) Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, analyzing, and optimizing the organization's Labor Management System across distribution center operations.
The LMS Analyst leverages labor data, engineered labor standards, operational KPIs, and workforce analytics to improve distribution center productivity, reduce labor costs, and enhance employee performance. The position serves as the primary functional expert for the Labor Management System and provides both business and technical support for warehouse labor processes. Engineered labor standards, productivity tracking, labor forecasting, and shift planning are core LMS capabilities.
Required Skills and Responsibilities:- Experience supporting, configuring, and troubleshooting Blue Yonder (JDA) Labor Management Systems.
- Advanced SQL development and troubleshooting experience with Oracle SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with MOCA commands, queries, and Blue Yonder application architecture.
- Experience supporting interfaces using APIs, web services, XML, JSON, flat files, and messaging queues.
- Understanding of distribution center processes including picking, packing, putaway, replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Knowledge of engineered labor standards, productivity calculations, indirect/direct labor tracking, and incentive programs.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications on Windows Server and/or Red Hat Linux environments.
- Strong experience analyzing logs, resolving interface issues, monitoring batch jobs, and supporting critical business operations.
- Experience managing user access, role-based security, workforce assignments, and system configuration within enterprise applications.
- Support LMS upgrades, patches, testing activities and system enhancements.

Additional Knowledge & Skills: Expertise in warehouse operations and supply chain processes. Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies preferred.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
