- Performance bonuses: Your results are rewarded. Earn bonuses based on your performance and collections, so the quality and efficiency of your work show up in your paycheck.
- Origination bonuses: Bring in a client and you share in the reward. You earn an additional bonus on any case you originate and bring into the firm.
- Hybrid work: three days in our Land O' Lakes office and up to two days remote.
- A billable target of 1,750 hours per year, a target we set to be competitive and to leave room for quality work and for the client service our reputation depends on.
