Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a busy personal injury caseload from inception through final resolution, including mediation, arbitration, or trial.
  • Communicate with clients and help them understand the intricacies of their cases and the legal system.
  • Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
  • Coordinate with, retain, and communicate with medical and liability experts.
  • Prepare and manage case pleadings and discovery.
  • Attend remote and in-person court hearings.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.

Experience:
  • 2+ years of personal injury or other relevant litigation experience, including defense litigation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in discovery, motion practice, and courtroom advocacy.
  • Jury trial experience is a strong plus.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000, depending on experience.
