Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking attorneys to join the Firm's growing litigation practice group in our West Des Moines location.About the Position/Key Responsibilities:This position will handle a variety of cases including, medical and professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:
- 1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
- Experience in legal research and writing, first or second chair jury and bench trials, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.
With the appropriate amount of experience, being hired as a partner is possible.
Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
