About the Position/Key Responsibilities:
This position will handle a variety of cases including, medical and professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas. The ideal candidate should have:
1-2 years of litigation experience, preferably with experience in insurance defense or general civil litigation.
Experience in legal research and writing, first or second chair jury and bench trials, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines.
With the appropriate amount of experience, being hired as a partner is possible.
Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.
