What You'll Do-
  • Partner directly with a highly successful Houston and beyond team on a sophisticated, varied litigation practice, serving as a trusted litigator on a select portfolio of high-value matters rather than managing a high-volume caseload.
  • Handle sophisticated, large-scale disputes from strategy through resolution, with exposure to banking and financial institutions, loan workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, major real estate and lease disputes, engineering matters, construction defect, and product liability litigation
  • Build on your existing portable book and grow your practice alongside an accomplished team, taking meaningful ownership of matters while benefiting from hands-on mentorship, collaboration, and Partners who is genuinely invested in developing the next generation of firm leaders.
Qualifications:
  • Texas Bar Licensure: Must be an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
  • Litigation Expertise: Possess 8+ years of extensive experience in both Texas state and federal business litigation.
  • Trial Experience: Demonstrated courtroom presence with a proven track record of handling trials as required for this role.
  • Business Development: A strong desire to expand an existing book of business, leveraging this position as a strategic platform for professional growth.
